1. General FAQ

1.1 What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay. If you have any issues with payment, please contact us immediately at support@doodtacular.com.

1.2 How can I track my order?
After your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Click the link or enter the code on the carrier’s website for real-time updates.

1.3 Which shipping carriers do you use?
We primarily use USPS and UPS for domestic and international shipments.

1.4 Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on your location. Please note that any customs duties or import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.

1.5 What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within 48 hours, including photos of the damaged or incorrect items. We’ll work with you to find the best resolution, whether that’s a replacement (if available) or a refund for that specific issue.

1.6 Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
We typically process orders within 48 hours. If you need to make changes, email us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate, but cannot guarantee modifications once the order ships.

1.7 Do you offer pre-orders for upcoming sets?
Yes! Pre-order items will have an estimated release date. Note that manufacturers or distributors may change release dates. If a significant delay occurs, we’ll contact you with options.

1.8 Do you buy or trade cards?
Yes! If you’re interested in selling or trading your collection, visit us at a local show!

1.9 How can I be sure your cards are authentic?
All of our products are sourced from reputable suppliers. We carefully inspect graded slabs and raw singles before listing to ensure authenticity. If you ever have concerns, please reach out.


2. Shipping & Returns

2.1 Shipping Times

  • Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days. Delivery can take 3–7 business days, depending on location.

2.2 Shipping Costs

  • We may offer flat-rate shipping or free shipping for domestic orders over $150. For orders below that amount, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

2.3 Returns & Exchanges

  • Sealed Products: All sales on sealed products are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for unopened booster boxes, packs, or other sealed TCG items.
  • Singles: Due to the collectible nature of single cards, all sales on singles are final as well.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your sealed product or singles arrive damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we’ll work with you on a suitable resolution.

2.4 Return Shipping (Exception Cases)
In the rare case we do authorize a return (e.g., our error in shipping), we will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse return shipping. Otherwise, return costs are the customer’s responsibility.

2.5 Processing Refunds
Once we verify any authorized return or issue, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. We appreciate your patience during this process.
